Lobster

The Mediterranean lobster belongs to the “Palinurus” family. It’s widespread in the Mediterranean and Eastern Atlantic Ocean, living on the rocky seabeds.
Scientific description: Palinurus Elephas Fabricius.
The fishing technique consists in the traditional system of traps attached to ropes: an ancient and laborious method, having the advantage of being environmentally friendly, as it does not damage the seabed.
Lobster meat is high in proteins, with a very low calorie intake.
